Recruitment Talent Sourcer

Role Purpose

We are seeking self-motivated Talent Sourcer to be part of our growing business in Singapore. The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships.

This role specializes in identifying, researching, and engaging passive and active candidates to build robust talent pipelines. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruiting:

• Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Utilize recruitment databases and tools to identify potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with clients and candidates.

2. Candidate Management:

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Selecting candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
• Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates

3. Market Intelligence:

• Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity

4. Target:

• Achieving targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment
