Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates and new comer
- Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates
- Able to explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel
- Social media and digital marketing experience will be a priority
- Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging & conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and offer of employment
- Develop effective recruitment & training strategies
- Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives
Requirements
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
- Strong communication skills to conduct training effectively
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
