Job Description - Regional Account Manager

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Account Manager:

Job Responsibilities

  • Grow sales within the existing customer base across assigned markets (e.g., Singapore, Philippines, and support regional sales efforts).
  • Identify and develop new client accounts.
  • Expand and support the network of distribution and integration partners.
  • Support business development activities in key industry sectors such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and general manufacturing.
  • Assist in organizing marketing and promotional activities including exhibitions, seminars, and partner events.
  • Achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Participation and support in planned events and promotional campaigns.
  • Delivery of qualified leads or proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Engagement with end-users and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and manage quotations and proposals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and supply chain to support sales operations.
  • Maintain records of sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Address basic technical inquiries from customers and partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or system integration.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable technical solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and provide technical input.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., C++) is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 5,800 +AWS +VB (3 - 5 Months)
  • Working Location: Labrador Park
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
