Regional Architectural Manager (Residential & Hospitality)

Our client is in the architectural for residential projects. They’re on a look out for a Architectural Project Manager to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.

about the job

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to manage technical requirements and ensure smooth execution
• Plan trade schedules and integrate architectural works with structural and M&E details
• Oversee daily on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and monitor progress against the project schedule
• Manage the timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure works comply with approved designs, specifications, EHS standards, and government regulations

skills & experience required

• Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
• Min 10 years' work project experience in design & build projects
• Good knowledge of architectural specifications, Architectural & MEP coordination works and requirements
• Oversee architectural and interior design execution, ensuring alignment with approved specifications and coordination models (CCSM and RCP) across all contractor interfaces
• Comfortable to travel regionally for work assignment ( around 70%)
