Assistant HR Manager, Business Partner (Generalist)

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a Japan multi-national group listed on stock exchange. They have exciting plans and is currently looking to hire a Regional Assistant HR Manager (Business Partner) to be part of their HR team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
Part of a HR team and as an individual contributor, you will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager and takes care of 70+ employees under your purview. This role is based in Singapore.
As an experienced generalist and business partner, your portfolio will be supporting the Corporate employees on the day-to-day full spectrum of HR operations and strategic matters including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, HR policy implementation and projects rollout.
You will identify and deliver HR strategies to support business goals and drive results with the responsibility for HR activities and the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You will play an ambassador role in delivering the company’s culture empowering and inspiring to drive the talent and leadership capabilities.
HR Business Partner
Work with multiple departments to support business needs, e.g. talent acquisition with involvement in recruitment operations, talent management and development areas, etc.
Talent Acquisition
Conduct talent needs analysis at country level and develop local recruitment channels in the APAC regions.
Talent Management & Performance Appraisal
Review and update talent management framework for key management talents in the APAC region.
Support group companies during talent review sessions, contributing to succession and development plans for key positions at both regional and country level.
Conduct in-depth analysis on talent pools, identify potential issues, and propose countermeasures to accelerate talent development and deployment.
Talent Development
Enhance development roadmap for leadership programs in the regions, organise training activities in the APAC regions.
Compensation & Benefits
Conduct market analysis and periodic review at APAC level to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Research and propose initiatives to reward on performance.
