- Regional Client Onboarding Manager International Corporate Bank

1. Lead regional KYC and Client Due Diligence activities covering client onboarding across multiple markets.
2. Oversee team workflow, case allocation, capacity, productivity and service delivery, ensuring appropriate quality and control standards.
3. Manage and develop the team, providing guidance on complex KYC cases and acting as an escalation point for operational matters.
4. Partner closely with Front Office, Compliance and other internal stakeholders to facilitate onboarding, case progression and resolution of KYC-related matters.
5. Monitor operational performance, client data quality and key risks, and provide relevant management reporting and updates.
6. Drive process improvements and participate in regional initiatives, system enhancements and transformation projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
2. Relevant experience within banking or financial services, with strong exposure to KYC, AML, Client Due Diligence and client onboarding.
3. Prior experience leading or managing KYC, onboarding or related operations teams.
4. Strong knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, including PEPs, adverse media and complex ownership structures.
5. Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and organisational skills.
6. Experience working across multiple markets or locations would be advantageous.
7. Experience in process improvement, transformation or system implementation would be advantageous.
