Job Description:

Executive Officer driving ASEAN business expansion and SGX listing preparation.

This is an Executive Officer role at the Singapore entity. As the company transitions from a pure holding company to an ASEAN Operating Holding Company, we are seeking a regional business leader to drive ASEAN market development, distributor management, and revenue growth.

• Develop and execute regional business strategies across ASEAN markets (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.)

• Manage and strengthen distributor relationships and strategic partnerships

• Drive regional business expansion and commercial growth initiatives

• Own the regional P&L and lead achievement of revenue, profit, and overall business performance targets

• Build organizational capabilities and develop strong leadership teams across the region

• Design organizational structures, recruit talent, and establish the ASEAN regional team

• Collaborate closely with top management to define and implement long‑term ASEAN growth strategies

• Consolidate Singapore HQ functions to centralize decision‑making and business management

• Identify new market opportunities and support regional business transformation initiatives

• Ensure strategic alignment by coordinating with regional stakeholders and headquarters

• Lead and support cross‑border operations and regional projects

• Contribute to the equity story and disclosure preparation for SGX Catalist listing
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of any field

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or distributor management in ASEAN markets

• Experience in BtoBtoC indurstries

• Currently based in Singapore, or willing to relocate

• Experience managing teams with P/L responsibility

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

• Japan language skills required in handling meeting minutes, interpretation, and communication with Japan stakeholder and clients (JLPT N2 or above)
  

Nice to have

• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare industry

• Experience with SGX listing preparation or IPO process
