We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Regional Director to lead and develop our commercial activities across multiple countries within the region. This role combines strategic leadership, regional sales management, people development, and long-term business planning.
The ideal candidate brings strong international sales experience, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Regional Management
•Lead, coach, and develop the regional Area Sales Managers and facilitating communication and collaboration between them
•Organize and structure the regional sales organization to ensure efficiency and alignment.
•Select, onboard, and train team members to build a high-performing regional team.
•Roll out regional strategies in line with global corporate objectives.
Sales & Market Development
•Visit and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers across the region.
•Communicate and implement group policies and strategic guidelines.
•Develop and execute the regional sales and product strategy.
•Monitor and follow up on country-specific tasks, performance, and market activities.
•Conduct market analysis, gather competitive intelligence, and identify growth opportunities.
•Coordinate cross-country projects and ensure alignment with regional priorities and global strategy.
•Provide regular reporting on KPIs, market developments, and strategic progress.
Commercial & Financial Responsibilities
•Full responsibility for order intake within the region.
•Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
•Oversee cost control and ensure financial discipline across all activities.
•Manage market pricing, ensuring competitive yet profitable positioning.
•Monitor quotation costs and ensure commercial accuracy and efficiency.
•Identify product needs and communicate them to product management.
Job Requirements:
•Minimum 7–10 years of experience in international sales, regional management, or a comparable leadership role.
•Proven track record in leading teams, driving business growth, and managing complex markets.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into strategic actions.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
•High willingness to travel within the region on short notice.
•Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
