Regional Executive Loss Adjuster

Experienced Loss Adjuster looking for a bigger stage? We are working with a leading independent global insurance services firm to recruit a senior adjuster for a regional role based in Singapore — a city at the heart of Asia's fast-growing insurance and reinsurance landscape.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior professional to make the move into an international, complex-loss environment with regional scope across Asia Pacific.

The Opportunity

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Regional Director, you will take ownership of a high-value portfolio of complex losses spanning property, engineering, power & energy, and specialty lines. You will work alongside a seasoned multinational team, take on mentoring responsibilities, and play a visible role in growing the firm's presence across the region.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end complex loss files across property, engineering, power & energy, BI, CBI and DSU — delivering high-quality outcomes for insurers and reinsurers

• Provide technical oversight and file reviews for junior adjusters across the Asia Pacific region

• Deploy on overseas and catastrophe assignments as directed by the Regional Director

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Singapore's reinsurance market, as well as regional insurers and brokers

• Contribute proactively to business development and the firm's market profile

• Manage billing cycles and receivables with appropriate commercial discipline

What We Are Looking For

• Degree-educated with 10+ years' experience managing complex and large-scale loss portfolios

• CILA and CII qualified (or equivalent / actively working towards qualification)

• Strong technical grounding in property, engineering and/or power & energy losses

• Hands-on experience with BI, CBI and/or DSU claims is a distinct advantage

• International experience or exposure to Asian markets — particularly the Singapore reinsurance market — is highly regarded

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at C-suite and senior underwriter level

• Excellent communication skills in English; confident in negotiations and client presentations
