Regional Executive, Planner SCM

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Supply Chain Management Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage internal communications related to forecasting and supply planning cycles.
• Support business operations through timely and accurate execution of transactional activities that align with revenue objectives.
• Assist in aligning planning processes across departments to support business goals.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate inventory and forecast meetings with project stakeholders.
• Analyse forecast inputs and prepare draft submissions for internal review.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate demand and supply forecasts.
• Maintain and update planning data in relevant systems and tools.
• Set and manage forecast limits based on supply chain KPIs.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement forward planning strategies to sustain healthy inventory levels.
• Monitor Days of Supply (DOS), forecast accuracy, and stock turnover.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align demand, production, and logistics flows.
• Facilitate the visibility of supply chain data across departments to support informed decision-making.
• Process weekly procurement data and generate required documentation.
• Maximise drop shipment strategies in accordance with supply chain policies.
• Manage pricing data within SAP, including price uploads and revisions.
• Liaise with relevant parties on pricing issues, approvals, and adjustments.
• Perform relevant SAP transactions to support planning and procurement operations.
• Download and review shipping schedules; communicate delivery timelines to internal teams.
• Oversee inventory allocation for forecasted demand, ad-hoc requests, and surplus stock across various business units.
• Respond promptly to stock requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders and ensure proper stock planning across all distribution channels.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply planning, forecasting, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,800 + AWS + VB (2-3 Months)
• Working Location: Labrador Park
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Fridays)
