Regional Head of IT Operations & Service Delivery

The successful candidate will provide leadership across IT operations, incident management and service delivery, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Lead and oversee regional IT operations, ensuring service availability, stability and operational efficiency.
• Manage critical incidents, escalations and operational support activities to minimise business disruption.
• Drive service performance, operational standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop regional IT operations teams, ensuring effective resource planning and service coverage.
• Collaborate with regional and global technology teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, identify recurring issues and implement improvements.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and service providers.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and operational risk management initiatives.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, IT Service Management or related functions.
• Proven experience leading IT operations or support teams, preferably within a regional or global environment.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service monitoring and operational processes.
• Experience managing operational performance and driving service improvements.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage critical incidents and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools would be advantageous.
