Global Search | Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are conducting a global search for an experienced Technology and Operations leader to join a leading Global Logistics Organization in a regional leadership capacity. This is a high-impact executive role responsible for shaping and driving the technology applications strategy supporting contract logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer operations across the region.

Reporting to a global functional leader, this role will partner closely with regional business leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, support growth, enable transformation, and ensure the stability and performance of critical supply chain technology platforms.

1. Define and execute the regional strategy for supply chain and operational applications, integration, and technology enablement
2. Drive improvements in operational efficiency, cost optimization, service quality, and business scalability
3. Lead capacity planning, prioritization, and resource alignment to support business initiatives
4. Partner with business leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
5. Provide leadership across application support, system performance, technical KPIs, incident management, and change control processes
6. Oversee major system upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives, including automation-related implementations
7. Manage third-party technology vendors and outsourced service partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
8. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, product, implementation, and technology teams
9. Build and develop high-performing teams, promoting engagement, capability development, and strong ways of working
10. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, governance, and enterprise technology standards

We are seeking senior leaders with deep experience in Supply Chain execution technology and large-scale logistics environments.

Ideal candidates will bring:

1. 15+ years of experience implementing, managing, and supporting supply chain or warehouse technology platforms
2. Strong experience in contract logistics, distribution center operations, and transportation management
3. Proven leadership in major IT transformation programs, including upgrades, migrations, and complex system landscapes
4. Technical understanding of warehouse and logistics applications, including WMS, TMS, LMS, YMS and related platforms
5. Experience with warehouse automation and integrated operational technologies
6. Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities in regional or global environments
7. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
8. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
9. Bachelor’s degree required; relevant project or technology certifications are advantageous
10. Experience with SQL, BI tools, and agile ways of working is beneficial
