We are partnering with our client, a global leader in the field of Luxury Goods, to hire a Regional HR Manager Strategic Projects, based in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced HR generalist professional with strong project management capability and seasoned communication skills.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the key HR strategic initiatives including but not limited to Talent Management, HR Communication, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding. Besides, you will also be working hand in hand with the Regional Head of HR to standardize further and strengthen various HR practices cross the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Strategic HR Projects and Employee Engagement
Responsible for HR Communications include but not limited to Regional Newsletters, HR Announcements, Internal Social Platforms, HR Engagement Events, Celebrations, etc.
Manage employer branding in SEAO to drive University Relations, Employeesâ Stories/Testimonials, Promotional Campaigns.
Drive the talent management at the regional level (OTR, skills/competencies analysis, internal mobilities, nominations to development programs) and act as the contact window with Regional Talent Associate Director
Manage regional engagement initiatives/programs (wellbeing, recognition, team dynamics/bonding)
Regional Employee Development in Partnership with Regional Head of L&T
Regional Development Programs (mentoring, 360 Feedback, short-term assignments, etc.)
Performance Management Process (consistency across markets, Corporate Competency Framework, IDPs)
Regional HRBP
Provide full spectrum of HR Business Partner support for Corporate SEAO regional team.
Responsible for employee journey from recruitment, onboarding to rewards, performance management and development.
Manage HC, personnel cost plan and budget of the regional team.
Support line managers in the event of counseling out employees who are under performance or taking any disciplinary action
YOUR PROFILE
Degree qualified with 8+ years' experience in a HR Business Partner role or with full spectrum of human resource functions.
Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
Proven ability to build and maintain trustworthy relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional partners and translate business requirements into well-designed project approaches.
Drive-for-results orientation with the ability to translate complex, strategic topics into specific, understandable goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables.
Self-starter, energetic, positive and strong problem-solving skills driven by data, business acumen and market insights.
Be passionate and proactive; willing and able to take initiatives.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
