We are currently seeking a skilled Regional Logistics Executive to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics service providers, overseeing overseas warehouses, and supervising the entire regional logistics movement.

The Job:
- Oversee and improve the performance of logistics service providers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery. This includes managing KPIs, conducting Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with freight forwarders, and overseeing process standardizations and implementations.
- Lead and support the global and regional tendering process for Air & Ocean freight services, including data collection, negotiating with service providers, and facilitating workshops to implement partnerships
- Initiate and manage logistics-related projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs and carbon footprint.
- Analyze current setups and propose enhancements to optimize the supply chain.
- Set and monitor performance targets for logistics and local affiliates, ensuring compliance with process standards.
- Consolidate reports for the Asia Pacific region and ensure timely submissions.
- Provide guidance on logistics issues to local warehouses and sales affiliates, focusing on optimizing processes, costs, quality, and risk management.
- Support local teams in implementing changes and managing deviations.
The Talent:
- Minimally 4-5 years of experience in supply chain function.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly in service provider management, tendering, and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
