Job Description - Regional Marketing and Consumer Insights Manager, HNC Taste, APAC

Join us as the Regional Marketing and Consumer Insights Manager, HNC Taste, APAC! In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with global marketing and regional technical and sales experts to tackle unique regional challenges, spark innovation, and elevate customer satisfaction in the Health, Nutrition, and Care segments. Your key responsibilities Collaborate with local cross-functional teams to deliver answers to regional customer briefs. Deploy global HNC-Taste initiatives with necessary regional adaptations. Design proactively marketing and consumer insights campaigns in line with strategy and pipeline Monitor market evolution, flavor trends, and consumer expectations in healthcare and adjacent categories. Identify regional opportunities to grow the HNC Taste business through relevant insights. Act as the local Taste ambassador to promote Taste capabilities across HNC regional communities and events. Focus is on APAC, yet ad hoc support to other regions may be required for some specific projects. You bring Marketing experience (2-5 years), ideally in flavors, food, or health/nutrition areas. Consumer insight experience is a plus Knowledge of Flavors in the Food, Food supplement, or Pharma industry Proactivity, creative thinking, and team spirit Appetite to connect the dots using multiple insights (market data, trends, innovation, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, with organizational skills and the ability to take initiative Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business About dsm-firmenich At dsm-firmenich, we don't just meet expectations - we go beyond them.
