Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Marketing or Business
• Proven experience as an executive or in a similar role with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a team environment
• Preferably previous knowledge/experience in automotive
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with invoicing and financial documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player

Tasks & responsibilities

• Product marketing with training and support
• Communicate and build with different stakeholders, including overseas regional office, distributors, inter-departments, etc.) to manage product changes / launches and training for each product launch in the region.
• Understand new product and its product positioning and target customers to set framework for each product training.
• Identify products' key unique selling points to be communicated in regional product training
• Communicate with Distributors to understand and be updated with latest and relevant training support needs.
• Create training materials and arrange / host training experience for Distributors in the region.
• Communicate and build consensus with different stakeholders
• Product launch communication
• Communicate and build with different stakeholders, including overseas regional office, distributors, inter-departments, etc.) to derive unified communication for each product launch in the region.
• Create digital communication materials / creatives / tools for each product launch to implement by Distributors in the region
