HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Regional Operations & Distribution Senior Manager is responsible for the supply chain activities in all product categories to our various networks in the SEAO region with the overall goal of enhancing our client experience and achieving operation excellence. You will lead a team of operations specialists in charge of the distribution and relationship with multiple markets within the region, and works closely with the commercial, marketing, merchandising, supply and demand planning, finance and logistics teams, to ensure transversal alignment.
Your key responsibilities include:
Fostering client centricity through operational excellence and collaboration, specifically,
Commercial & Merchandising Partnership
Close partnership with commercial teams on sales objectives and align on stock strategies to reach organization’s goals.
Lead the monthly reviews of sell-in forecasts and anticipate potential risks to target achievements.
Pilot sell-in to maximize stock availability, representation and explore additional potential sales opportunities.
Operations Execution & Planning
Oversee the activation of replenishment systems and proactively identify and escalate any critical alerts.
Define, align and supervise the implementation of stock objectives and operations guidelines.
Streamline operational processes from end to end, identify bottlenecks that pose business risks, and implement solutions to resolve them.
Optimize stock rotation and utilization within storage Distribution Centers (DCs).
Manage prompt distribution of novelties and meticulously monitor strategic plans to ensure alignment with roadmap.
Animate the stock in boutiques/retail partners to ensure inventory health, proposing rebalancing activities and developing innovative strategies to drive sales.
Logistics Collaboration
Develop and maintain close partnership with logistics teams to exchange insights into lead-time, quality of shipments and provide visibility for operating changes and tailored services.
Lead taskforces around performance improvement with logistics.
Team Management &Performance
Lead and develop the team to deliver sales and operations KPIs effectively.
Promote and empower organizations dynamics across all different functions/markets.
Mentor and support the team by providing clear directions, development opportunities and effective prioritization to maximize team impact.
Champion and lead change management initiatives during pivotal business/system transitions.
Implement dashboards to pilot the operations activities for an optimal workload/capacity management.
Operational Excellence& Reporting
Maintain and effectively communicate supply chain KPIs dashboard, providing critical insights to relevant stakeholders.
Champion data-driven approaches to inform strategic and operational decisions across teams.
Maintain rigorous standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency in all operational processes.
Provide regular and clear communication regarding stock situations and related initiatives.
Establish a continuous improvement roadmap to optimize performance across four (4) key areas: speed, efficiency, quality, and sustainability
YOUR PROFILE/KEY SKILLS
Relevant academic background in supply chain, merchandising, or business disciplines.
At least 10 years in Supply Chain function, and prior experience in luxury industry is a plus.
Solid track record of people management experience, with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a team.
Highly proficient in quantitative analysis, with advanced skills in MS-Office and ERP systems.
Ability to independently manage business cases, assess risks, and propose actionable solutions.
Possess strong influencing capabilities and an action-oriented mindset to effectively mobilize teams and deliver outcomes across functions.
Demonstrate an inquisitive approach, driven to learn and challenge status quo constructively.
Exhibit agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, and ever-evolving business settings.
Detail-oriented and confident in handling operational intricacies with precision and care.
Comfortable working in multi-cultural settings, bringing empathy and inclusivity in cross-border collaborations.
