Regional PMO and Strategic Projects Specialist - Monee Credit

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the CEO Office to support strategic planning and business expansion across Latin America, providing insights on market opportunities, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and key business risks.

• Conduct in-depth research on the LATAM fintech ecosystem, including target companies, business models, and emerging trends, to assess market attractiveness and identify potential growth opportunities.

• Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including local partners, financial institutions, regulators, and customers, to gather on-the-ground insights, validate market assumptions, and support partnership development.

• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and executive-level recommendations on market entry, product localization, pricing, and commercial strategy to support leadership decision-making.

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and market launch projects, coordinating with Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution and successful delivery.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above with a major in any engineering, computer science, analytics, or business management related fields. 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time experience in a management consulting, strategy& operations, corporate development or a business development related role, preferably in a top-tier consulting firm. 

• Demonstrated experience in significantly contributing to at least one end-to-end strategic expansion project.

• Decent knowledge of the Fintech, payments, lending, banking or broader financial services landscape.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment.
