Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional Product Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing company enterprise solutions (eg: print management, document management, document capture and business services portfolio)
- Lead go-to-market strategy and new product launches, working closely with sales subsidiaries in Asia market to ensure full readiness and excellence in execution
- Analyze market, customer, and competitor trends to identify gaps and opportunities to drive product growth
- Keep track of the progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure that stakeholders are informed
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders & product principals to ensure high quality products are released and all required information are available including pricing, collaterals, and training at the time of launch
- Conduct major win-loss reviews and ensure prompt marketing measures are taken to address it
- Demonstrate solution to sales subsidiaries during launch event and facilitate sharing of product USPs time to time
- Build deep knowledge of the market, customers and competitors and guide software & solution roadmap and strategy
- Equip sales (direct and in-direct channel) with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 12+ years in software solutions/product related industry, with at least 10 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Marketing
- Understanding of enterprise business solutions, SaaS, cloud technologies, workflow automation and digital transformation tools is preferable
- Interested to learn latest technology
- Results-oriented and aligned to organization's goals and priorities
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
