Software Sales Manager – Semiconductor / EDA Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and driven Software Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong sales background in the semiconductor & engineering industry and a passion for developing strategic client relationships, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete software sales cycle, from prospecting through contract closure.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Build, maintain, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with the broader sales organization.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Promote the company's software solutions and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor IC design, ASICs, ASIC vendors, foundries, EDA software, and the semiconductor design flow and ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
