Regional Sales Manager (Fastener/Outdoor/Cold calling/West/Basic UP TO $4000)

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing accounts
• Develop new business opportunities within the designated area
• Achieve assigned sales target
• Identify prospects, develop market segments, generate leads and promote our product offering
• Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with stakeholders
• Monitor and collect information on competitors

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holders
• Product sales experience  
• Comfortable to do cold calling and outdoor sales 
• Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Results oriented, good communication and correspondence skills
• Demonstrate competency in key areas including selling skills, planning and organization, analysis and presentation skills
