- Communicate with clients effectively via emails, phone calls or other communication channels to resolve their issues
- Attend to all sales enquiries from customers and work closely with the operational team to coordinate on delivering the orders
- Ensure the availability of stock for sale
- Negotiate/close deals and handle any customers feedbacks
- Lead the provision of operational support to sales such as following up with new customers to gather the necessary information and documents
- Perform day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfilment and customer service
- Process customers’ orders i.e. price quotation, checking of stock (current stock, incoming and outgoing shipment to customers) to ensure sales attainment, communication of Proforma invoices and confirmation of shipment schedules
- Be the point of contact to provide customers information on product pricing and stock availability
- Work closely with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure smooth shipments of orders to customers
- Prepare documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick List for packing, Invoices, inventory checklist and other related documents
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales
- Keep track on product information updates, product pricing, and dissemination of sales materials to distributors
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in business administration with at least 2-3 years’ experience in sales coordination/customer service in the FMCG sector preferred.
- Must have good excel skills.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and good time management.
- Some shipping knowledge will be advantageous
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
