The Job:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

The Talent

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail or beauty industry. Internship experience is considered as experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with diverse sourcing channels and innovative recruitment approaches.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
