Regional Transport General Manager (MNC)

Our client is a leading player in 3PL. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Regional Transport General Manager to support their growing legal and project teams. They are located in the (East) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Drive regional business development by expanding IL-Transport opportunities within existing customers and acquiring new accounts
• Collaborate with Country BD, KAM, and GKAM teamsto build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with growth targets
• Support solution design and customer proposals, including cross-country coordination for regional opportunities
• Lead commercial structuring including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and risk assessment
• Ensure governance and consistency in commercial frameworks, including review of deviations and value propositions
• Develop and manage pipeline dashboard tracking key KPIs (pipeline value, win rate, conversion rate, sales cycle)
• Monitor pipeline health and work with country teams to improve conversion and sales effectiveness
• Drive revenue growth through performance tracking, customer retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  
  Requirements:

• Min 10 years’ experience in Logistics Commercial or Business Development, with 7–8 years in regional leadership roles
• Strong expertise in transportation with proven BD and Commercial Management track record
• Willingness to travel regionally (20–30%)
