The Role:

Our client is a Global Financial Services firm in the insurance sector, looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to head up the regional team. You are a key member of the global leadership team for this business line.

Requirements:

Law degree with at least 10 years PQE, ideally gained in the insurance/reinsurance sector, with people management experience
Experience in treaty drafting process and experience dealing with senior management and regulators
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Lead advice on interpretation and judgement matters, advise on disputes with clients or third parties
