about the job

This is a pivotal opportunity for a proactive professional to join the Singapore team as a Claims Specialist, focusing on high-quality administration and technical service delivery. You will be expected to execute the end-to-end setup and administration of new claims files using internal management systems.

• Manage and evaluate centralized data to produce detailed regular and ad-hoc analytical reports.

• Process and review complex claims statements and bordereaux to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Partner with underwriters to provide technical briefings on individual cases and broader portfolio trends.

• Ensure all activities align with regional risk appetites, financial crime regulations, and fair customer outcome standards.

skills and experience required

• Prior experience handling reinsurance claims (open to multi lines such as Property, Financial lines, Power, Casualty, Marine or Engineering)

• Candidates with experience in reinsurer, broker or specialty insurer are welcome

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and review statistical data effectively

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly

• Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
