In this position, you will be joining a dynamic regional team and help to manage complex risk portfolios and deliver high quality underwriting and claims assessments. You will evaluate regional client referrals and support the development of a competitive underwriting proposition and manage a diverse portfolio of insurance partners while ensuring consistency with regional strategic objectives.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for internal underwriting platforms and lead efficiency gain initiatives and oversee internal governance by contributing to risk management policies and addressing team knowledge gaps through training.

• 7+ years of experience in life underwriting or ife claims function, ideally been exposed to complex cases

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of underwriting and claims processes across all major insurance products

• Strong understanding of Life insurance industry regulations and regional market dynamics

• Proficient in standard office productivity software and experienced in using specialized underwriting management systems

• Proven ability to deliver training and provide mentorship to develop technical competencies within a team
