Our client is seeking a driven and commercially minded Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to drive business development, expand your portfolio and leverage a comprehensive suite of banking and wealth management solutions within an established international banking platform.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling to understand customers’ needs and objectives.
Build and deepen relationships through regular market updates and insights on local and international financial products.
Develop monthly sales plans to achieve or exceed new business and customer acquisition targets.
Drive business development through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking and promotional activities.
Organise and deliver presentations to groups, associations, companies and other organisations.
Develop referral networks across internal teams and external channels to generate new opportunities.
Deliver high-quality after-sales service and proactively manage client retention.
Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, risk and internal control requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
RNF and CFMAS certifications preferred.
Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
Experience managing affluent or HNW clients will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial and wealth management products, including investments, funds, equities, insurance and treasury.
Excellent sales, communication, networking and relationship management skills.
Commercially driven, with a strong focus on client experience and long-term relationship building.
