Relationship Manager (5 Days / Training Provided / Up to $10k!!)

Job Summary:

• Gross Salary: Up to $10,000+ Basic
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (flexible working hours!!)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain clients' accounts obtained from the Business Development team, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of client needs
• Collaborate internally to develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication to meet client’s needs
• Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to add value
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• CEI (Basic) with EFMA and MDW needed
• Strong passion for recruitment and sales driven
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
