A leading Asian wholesale bank, is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Banking team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking, this role will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a portfolio of corporate clients, and ensuring strict adherence to credit risk standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing tailored financial solutions while safeguarding the Bank's interests.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and secure new business from both new and existing customers to meet revenue objectives.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with the Bank's corporate loan customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
Monitor account performance, facility utilisation, and take action to improve earnings or initiate remedial steps for downgraded accounts.
Evaluate credit and industry risks, making appropriate recommendations in line with the Bank's policy.
Conduct annual reviews of customers' financial position, repayment ability, and industry standing.
Recommend changes to facility terms and conditions based on credit risk and account strategy.
Ensure all accounts comply with laws, regulations, and the Bank's internal policies (including Credit Policy Guidelines).
Perform KYC and due diligence checks for new customers and conduct periodic reviews for existing accounts.
Stay abreast of industry developments and environmental changes that may impact your assigned portfolio.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate lending or relationship management within a banking environment.
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statement interpretation, and corporate banking products.
Familiarity with KYC requirements, credit policies, and local banking regulations in Singapore.
Proven ability to meet business targets and manage a diverse loan portfolio.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and risk awareness.
Ability to work independently and as a team player within the team.
