Job Summary:**
The Relationship Manager, HVSME will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (HVSME) clients, providing tailored financial solutions and fostering strong, long-term relationships to drive business growth for RHB Bank Berhad (Singapore).
Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively acquire new HVSME clients and expand existing client relationships through effective cross-selling of the bank's products and services, including loans, trade finance, cash management, and wealth management solutions.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess client needs and propose appropriate and competitive banking solutions.
* Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolio growth, revenue generation, and product penetration.
* Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the HVSME segment.
* Prepare and present credit proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust and loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit teams, and operations, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to clients.
* Participate in business development activities, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking sector, specifically with a focus on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) or corporate clients.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to HVSME clients, including lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
* Excellent credit analysis and financial assessment skills.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of the Singapore banking landscape and regulatory environment is preferred.
