Budget: SGD 160,000 base + performance bonus + shares

We are partnered with a top-tier, listed Swiss banking group to hire a Relationship Manager within its Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional partners, driving share of wallet and long-term revenue growth.
Proactively identify opportunities to increase AUM and generate new revenue streams.
Take ownership of client relationships end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective institutional partners.

Our Ideal Candidate

8+ years of experience within private banking, wealth management, or institutional client relationship management
Proven ability to manage UHNW and institutional relationships with a consultative approach.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of client retention.
