We are seeking motivated and client-focused professionals to join our growing Private Clients team.
We have opportunities for both early-career candidates looking to build a successful career in insurance broking and experienced Relationship Manager seeking to take the next step into a Team Lead role, with responsibility for mentoring, developing and leading a small team.
In these roles, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting leads, managing a portfolio of renewal clients and building long-term client relationships to drive portfolio growth and retention.
You enjoy working with people and thrive in a client-facing environment. You take a consultative approach to understanding clients' needs, challenges, and priorities and are committed to delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional client service.
