Reliability Technician

Job Description\n\n * Support and perform Reliability \u0026 corresponding analysis jobs requested by stakeholders for process rejects, qualification / evaluation samples, RMAs; and provide the results to the making of final reports.\n * Plans out daily / shift task for ensuring timely completion.\n * Ensure hand-over of jobs to next shift.\n * Provide basic maintenance \u0026 care to tools and machines.\n * Maintenance of workplace to meet 5S and safety requirement.\n * Support setups from established procedures where applicable.\n * Contribute to capabilities / techniques enhancement for better precision and efficiency.\n * Contribute to lab setup for task enablement.\n * Support internal and external audit.\n * Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the superior.\n\n\n\nRequirement\n\n * Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.\n * Understanding and knowledge of Reliability Environmental Stress Test Requirement, including HTHH, TC, UV \u0026 LT test.\n * Hands-on experience on common analysis techniques and use of analysis instrument such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB etc.\n * Material characterisation procedures such as including Bend, Abrasion \u0026 Adhesion test.\n * Knowledge of materials physics \u0026 able to associate reliability with relevant test.\n * Self-directed and willingness to take on new task.\n * Able to perform shift work and support overtime when required.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nAssociate\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\nSwing (Singapore)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nNot Specified\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
