Associate / Senior Consultant

We are working with a global energy trading & risk management software provider supporting physically and financially traded commodities such as natural gas, electricity, crude oil, coal, metals, and agricultural products. As part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for an Associate / Senior Consultant to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at SGD 60k-120k / year (excluding bonus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support product implementation, enhancement, and integration projects (installation, configuration, testing, and support) both remotely and onsite.

• Deliver pre-sales demos and client training on a CTRM platform.

• Design business processes tailored to client needs and configure them within the platform.
• Troubleshoot technical and performance issues; support UAT and documentation delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and timely project delivery.
• Stay updated on Trading, Risk Management, and Logistics tools; mentor junior consultants.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields.

• 5+ years in systems consulting, development, or deployment.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL; performance tuning experience a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

• Exposure to Finance, Accounting, or SAP.

• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Prior experience in commodity trading or CTRM systems is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in dynamic environments.

Open to candidates with strong business/technical foundations, even without direct experience.
