IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Maltego is an all-in-one platform used globally by industry experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to help secure the internet, protect organizations and individuals against cyber-crime, and support complex investigations across diverse use cases.
We are searching for an experienced IT Administrator to support our Corporate IT team. Your role will involve being a point of reference for various internal IT and security queries, relating to user devices and business systems as well as being an internal driver of system optimization. You will be the technological backbone of the day-to-day operation of a scale-up company.As an IT Administrator, your responsibilities will include: 

• Triage, troubleshoot and solve user problems, mainly in Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune. Prioritize and manage open cases to ensure smooth operation
• Focus on integration and consolidation of tools to optimize and enhance workflows for our workforce leading to higher productivity and enablement. 
• Be one of our internal security experts to keep our Corporate IT infrastructure secure and compliant, while ensuring users can operate efficiently
• Recommend, test, and evaluate new technology when necessary. 
• Owns ISO27001 Certification 

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Office 365 cloud services (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra, Intune, AutoPilot etc.)
• Basic scripting knowledge such as Python, HTML, JavaScript, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of how software, operating systems and networks work, for both Windows and Mac OS. Linux would be a plus but not necessary
• The ability to think logically and interact confidently with colleagues to communicate problem causes and establish solutions
• You maintain high quality standards for your own work and expect the same from others.
• You have excellent verbal and written English skills (German / others are a plus). You are able to create high-quality documentation.
• You can work independently, as well as in collaboration with others, on and off-site. You can support remote employees.
