Sales Development Representative (B2B)

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (B2B) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who excels at identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating qualified leads. • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English required; other Asian languages are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and other business networks across Asia.
• Generate and qualify leads through various online channels and professional directories.
• Conduct outreach via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls to introduce the company and engage prospects.
• Schedule and coordinate online meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, logging communication history and lead details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
• Track performance and suggest ways to enhance conversion rates.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or SDR roles.
• Proven experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and outreach communication abilities.
• Goal-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Open to feedback and committed to career growth in sales or business development.
