我们是一家新加坡新成立的室内装修与室内设计公司，正在寻找一位熟悉新加坡装修项目执行、现场协调、分包管理和材料供应链的装修项目与运营经理加入团队。

We are a newly established interior renovation and interior design company in Singapore. We are looking for a Renovation Project & Operations Manager who is familiar with renovation project execution, site coordination, subcontractor management and material supply coordination in Singapore.

该岗位适合有新加坡装修项目管理经验，熟悉本地施工流程、材料供应商、分包商协调、现场管理和项目交付的人。

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in renovation project management in Singapore, including local site processes, supplier coordination, subcontractor coordination, site management and project handover.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 项目执行管理

负责室内装修项目的执行管理，包括开工准备、现场协调、工期跟进、质量检查和项目交付。

Manage interior renovation projects, including project preparation, site coordination, progress tracking, quality inspection and project handover.

2. 分包商与供应商协调

协调木工、电工、油漆、泥水、玻璃、空调、水管等分包商及供应商。

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including carpentry, electrical, painting, tiling, glass, air-conditioning, plumbing and related works.

3. 建立项目资源库

协助建立和维护分包商名单、供应商名单和项目资源库。

Assist in building and maintaining subcontractor lists, supplier lists and project resource databases.

4. 现场安排与问题跟进

跟进材料安排、工人进场、施工顺序、现场问题处理和整改事项。

Follow up on material arrangements, manpower deployment, work sequence, site issues and rectification matters.

5. 审批与管理处要求

协助处理Condo、Commercial 项目的装修审批、管理处要求和现场施工规定。

Assist with condominium and commercial renovation approvals, management office requirements and site regulations.

6. 成本控制

审核分包商报价，协助控制项目成本，减少漏项、返工和延期。

Review subcontractor quotations and support project cost control to reduce missing items, rework and delays.

7. 现场检查与交付

负责现场检查、defect list、整改跟进和客户交付。

Conduct site inspections, prepare defect lists, follow up on rectification works and coordinate project handover.

8. 流程建设

协助建立项目管理流程、现场检查表、安全检查表和交付标准。

Assist in developing project workflows, site checklists, safety checklists and handover standards.

9. 沟通协调

协调客户、设计师、分包商、供应商和公司内部团队之间的沟通。

Communicate and coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal team members.

10. 合规与安全

确保项目执行符合新加坡相关现场管理、安全和装修要求。

Ensure project execution complies with relevant Singapore site management, safety and renovation requirements.

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本地资源

熟悉新加坡本地装修材料、供应商、分包商和施工流程者优先。

Familiarity with local renovation materials, suppliers, subcontractors and site processes will be an advantage.

2. 分包协调

有木工、电工、油漆、泥水、玻璃、空调、水管等分包协调经验。

Experience coordinating subcontractors for carpentry, electrical, painting, tiling, glass, air-conditioning, plumbing and related works.

3. 报价和成本控制

有装修报价、成本控制、variation order 或 defect management 经验。

Experience in cost control, variation orders or defect management.

4. 图纸能力

能使用 AutoCAD 或看懂装修施工图者优先。

Ability to use AutoCAD or read renovation construction drawings will be an advantage.

5. 语言沟通能力

能使用英文与客户、管理处、分包商或供应商沟通；能使用中文与中文客户、供应商或分包商沟通者优先

Ability to communicate in English with clients, management offices, subcontractors or suppliers; ability to communicate in Chinese with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers or subcontractors will be an advantage.
