Renovation Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising and lead Renovation site operations by interpreting structural drawings, supervising teams, resolving site issues, and ensuring quality and progress according to project plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation activities and monitor progress independently to meet project deadlines
• Interpret and apply structural drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to guide site work
• Supervise and lead a team of workers to execute renovation tasks effectively on site
• Identify and resolve design and site problems encountered during construction to maintain workflow
• Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting work and enforcing compliance with specifications
• Implement the Project Manager’s work plan to align site activities with project objectives
• Prepare daily progress reports and update work schedules to track and communicate site status
• Participate actively in project meetings to coordinate with stakeholders and address issues
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability to support project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing site operations
• 3 years and more in woodwork and carpentry experiences
• Ability to read, understand, and work from technical drawings
• Effective communication skills to coordinate and liaise with personnel at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player

• Working Hours: 6 days per week
• Working Location: Project site-based
