Research Assistant ( Biomedical Programming ) #HVY

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to build pipelines on Platform on data can be processed effectively
• Organize the database such that all clinical data are linked and easily retrieved - Build the pipelines for federated data sharing
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and visualization work to support research projects, grant applications, and publications
• Database Management - Manage the database used to host our clinical data to ensure that it is maintained operationally in a cost-effective manner
• Perform data cleaning, data standardization, and data structuring for data in the database
• Coding work required

Requirements:

• At least BSc in a relevant field (biology or bioinformatics or computational science)
• Possess an understanding of medical and clinical research terminology
