Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration of the lab's research grants (including NRF Fellowship funding), covering budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and compliance reporting to funders and university offices.

• Support procurement, recruitment/onboarding logistics, and day-to-day lab operations, including liaising with university administrative offices and vendors.

• Assist the Principal Investigator with scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports and forms; track project milestones and flag risks or delays.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.

• Experience with research grant administration, procurement, or project/office management (university or research-institute setting preferred).

• Independent, highly analytical, proactive and a strong team player

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
