Research Fellow (Motor design (Axial-flux))

The Research Fellow (RF) will work on a project to conduct research on development of axial-flux motor system. The roles of this position include:

Key responsibiities:

• Development of new motor design concepts for electric motor drives

• Development of new multidomain simulation platform for electric motor drives

• Development of new fabrication methods for electric motor drives

• Experimental testing for motor system

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Power Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences and technical hands-on experience in motor development

• Familiar with electric motor design and development

• Knowledge in analytical and numerical modelling 

• Publication track record is an advantage
