Responsibilities
• Provide practical support in the set up and execution of studies • Perform literature searches and contribute to research discussions • Organize, analyze, and interpret data collected from experiments • Recruit and schedule research participants • Assist with practical and administrative duties • Prepare research protocols and manage payments
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in food science, food technology, human nutrition, or related fields • Strong interest in scientific research on sensory perception, dietary behavior, and human health • Computer literacy and excellent spoken and written English • Well organized, efficient, attentive to detail, and independent • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize activities • Strong communication skills in oral and written English • Prior research experience with data collection and working with children is desirable • Experience with experimental set-up and statistical analyses would be desirable
