Research Support

Responsibilities:

• Support data collection: assist in fieldwork, liaise with vendors, monitor public feedback, and perform quality checks.
• Support research analysis: conduct literature reviews, assist in quantitative data analysis, cleaning, and visualisation.
• Support administrative tasks: manage inventory, coordinate meetings, and take notes.

Requirements:

• Background in social sciences (psychology, sociology, economics) or relevant research experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication, numeracy, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel Pivot Tables).
• Advantageous: experience with quantitative data analysis (e.g., R) or handling surveys and interviews.
• Able to commit to a 12-month full-time contract; flexible for occasional late afternoons, evenings, or weekends.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (May 2026 to April 2027)

• Standard hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• When required, some tasks may take place in late afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends to support in-person surveys.
• Working hours will be adjusted accordingly (e.g., 2:00pm – 9:00pm).
