Responsibilities:
-Promptly and professionally handle inbound calls and emails for general enquiries.
(i.e handling guest problems, answering telephone enquiries within 3 rings, pre-flight checks, timeliness, grooming, courtesy etc)
-Handle walk-in queries
-Handle B2B and B2C cases
-Handle day-to-day problem resolution, escalating to higher levels as required.
-Handle Groups and Allotments
-Handle all international and domestic ticketing queries
-Candidate must have a positive approach towards the clients and have tendency to mature the leads to confirmed bookings.
Requirements:
-A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-1-2years experience in travel industry
-Candidate must have knowledge of GDS like Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre.
-Knowledge of Tour Packages would be an add-on advantage.
-Good interpersonal skill
-Good customer service focus on internal and external customers
-Good team player, able to work cohesively within immediate team and other department
-Singaporeans only
