Responsibilities and Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent from local University recognized by Board of Architects, Singapore
• Min. 7 years’ site working experience in Singapore, familiarity with large scale Residential/Commercial/Hospital/healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices.
• Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E drawings.
• Conversant with Singapore Statutes, Building Codes and Regulations.
• Experience in the supervision of building construction architectural and fitting out works.
• Good leadership skills, ability to manage and organize a large site staff team.
• Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software.
