## Key Responsibilities
### Trust Management
* Act as the Resident Manager in compliance with the Trust Companies Act and MAS licensing requirements.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations, including Regulation 10 and fit and proper requirements.
* Oversee timely and accurate regulatory reporting to MAS and internal stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary contact for clients and business introducers.
* Support client onboarding and the establishment of tailored trust structures.
* Manage client portfolios in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain high service standards while supporting business development initiatives.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
### Risk & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, FATCA, CRS, and internal compliance frameworks.
* Oversee KYC/AML processes, customer due diligence, and periodic reviews.
* Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
* Maintain and enhance trust administration policies and procedures.
## Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* STEP (TEP) qualification preferred; compliance experience is an advantage.
* Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in trust services, banking, or professional services.
* Strong knowledge of the Trust Companies Act and the Singapore regulatory environment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
