Resident Technical Officer (C&S / M&E / Architecture

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and inspect discipline-specific construction works to ensure compliance 
with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and quality 
standards.
• Assist in monitoring, recording, and collating site data relevant to the discipline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and prepare daily, weekly & monthly 
progress reports.
• Proactively resolve site issues and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and 
supervision staff.
• Willingness to work shift duties as required.
 

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in supervision of projects 
of similar scale and complexity.
• Recognised Diploma in the relevant discipline (e.g. Civil & Structural, Mechanical, 
Electrical, Architectural, or related fields).
• Relevant professional accreditation or registration, where applicable.
• Completion of safety courses (e.g., BCSS) and knowledge of statutory codes, quality 
control procedures, and construction administration.
• Competent in record-keeping, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team skills; proactive in managing site 
issues.
• Experience or familiarity with aviation projects in live operational environments 
(landside/airside) will be an advantage but not essential
