WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• To be able to assist our Property Services team in handing over to the purchasers and follow up on defects. 
• To attend to our Customers' queries and coordinate works of the main contractor and direct contractors.
• To undertake any other duties related to the project and when instructed by the Project Manager, Consultants and Property Services Team
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions and requirements are enforced on site. Report on site safety, security and housekeeping matters.
• Resolve site issues, monitor site works/progress, and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Min. 5 years of working experience in Residential development
• Knowledge and Experience in mid-high / high-rise residential development with basement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with PPVC Construction, Autocad and BIM would be advantage.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-versed in Local (Singapore) Regulatory Requirements i.e Approved Document, Accessibility Code, FSSD requirement
• Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing and Construction Technology
