Resident Technical Officer for Rail Depot at Changi

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Check and monitor structural and architectural finishes for the Rail Depot at Changi comprising buildings, tracks, road, services and ancillary structures
• Monitor installation of façade systems, cladding, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, and signage etc
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications   
• Conduct inspections and witness tests as required
• Maintain inspection records and prepare daily logs, weekly reports, and photo documentation
• Assist with as-built documentation and handover

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Recognized RTO qualification and registration Minimum 5 years of site experience preferably withlarge-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of LTA standards, building codes, and fire safety regulations
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment      
• Detail-oriented with strong QA/QC mindset andability to manage complex interfaces   
• Committed to complete the project
